Kurt is a key member of TraknProtect’s  sales leadership team driving sales strategy, management and execution efforts across North America.  Kurt has over 25 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including in personal safety industry and believes in developing long-term business relationships built on trust, respect and empathy to provide customers with not only sophisticated solutions but also greater peace of mind and efficiency through joint problem-solving and close thought partnership. When not enabling TraknProtect’s commercial efforts, Kurt can be found on his early morning runs, enjoying high school and college sports, or rocking it out at local music festivals.

Brooks is a curator of relationships. As a TraknProtect Regional Sales Manager - North America, Central Region, he brings his 10+ years of hospitality and sales experience to the team with big enthusiasm. He connects with clients in meaningful and impactful ways - learning not just about their property, but what really keeps hoteliers up at night. Brings a masterful approach to the ever-changing problem/resolution riddle with customized safety solutions, unique to each property.  When he is not talking with hoteliers, Brooks is spending time with his wife and young daughter, playing ice hockey, or is on the road performing standup comedy at a myriad of venues - all over the country.

Prasad Deore is a skilled Full Stack Developer with over three years of experience in .NET development, specializing in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, analyzing, designing, building, testing, and implementing web-based applications. Currently, he plays a crucial role in building and optimizing applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework and MongoDB, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver robust solutions.

Prasad's technical expertise includes developing web applications using client-server architecture in ASP.NET with C#, as well as working with various .NET frameworks, such as web forms and MVC. He is adept at creating Single Page Applications (SPA) utilizing MongoDB, React JS, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Node JS Stack. His strong knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) with Entity Framework and ADO.NET, coupled with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, allows him to implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
