Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads through information grabbing, email campaigns and other sources, and triaging to the Sales team. They will also manage and maintain the Sales CRM platform, in addition to reporting and analyzing sales-related metrics.

For the safety of our employees, this position is currently 100% remote but subject to change in the near future.


Responsibilities

  • Understand who our customers are, what brought them to TraknProtect, their intent and timeline of purchase, thus creating and maintaining a robust Customer Database

  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system and regularly update to ensure accurate and timely sales and installation information is available

  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling

  • Identify the correct decision makers within a given business

  • Manage email marketing campaigns by creating the email content, information grabbing prospects and documenting metrics

  • Demonstrate a mastery of all TraknProtect products and services, as well as brand/legislative requirements for Safety Buttons

  • Help TraknProtect maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling demos for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential

  • Additional special projects including, but not limited to, creating and documenting sales processes and implementing CRM integrations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in Inside Sales

  • Customer service experience required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience working with HubSpot preferred

  • Software or technology experience strongly preferred

  • A team player who actively contributes to the group to complete tasks and meet goals

  • Strong organization skills
