We believe in diversity and making the communities that we live in better. That’s why we’re committed to having ethnic and gender diversity at every level of the organization: we are passionate about nurturing women leaders so that we may reflect the communities that we serve. That's why almost 50% of our employees are women, including in leadership roles and we are certified WBE and MBE.

In addition, we also stand with our mission to have an impact on the safety culture in hotels for everyone at a hotel – the employees, the guests, and the unregistered guests, i.e. human trafficking victims. As partners to the hospitality industry, we have a responsibility to train our employees how to identify and report human trafficking, to work with hotel partners to ease friction in reporting, and to support organizations like Safe House through donations that help human trafficking victims.
