Job Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Hardware Engineer who combines technical research and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get things done quickly and effectively. This person must be comfortable working with a small team of engineers. We are looking for someone who innovates and loves solving hard problems. This position will report directly to the CTO.

In this position, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Design focus on BLE, LTE & Wi-Fi technologies in IoT products.

• Lead responsible hardware process activities, worst case circuit analysis and simulations, circuit design and troubleshooting systems issues.

• Research and develop working POCs for new product designs.

• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.

• Setup and perform electrical bench tests, documenting in detailed technical reports.

• Participate in design reviews.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in circuit design for electronic hardware projects

• BS in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or similar Engineering discipline

• High attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.

• Full life cycle hardware development experience for IoT electronic products (requirements, concept, component selection, worst case analysis, simulation, validation, production launch)

• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
