This person must be comfortable working with a small team of engineers. We are looking for someone who innovates and loves solving hard problems. This position will report directly to the CTO.

Customer Engagement Associate

Chicago, Illinois, United States

The Customer Engagement Associate is responsible for supporting our customers through active engagement with our Sales, Customer Engagement and Engineering teams. Primary responsibilities include managing customer support issues, customer implementation tasks and special projects to improve internal processes.

The Customer Engagement Associate is also responsible for going onsite to local customers for basic troubleshooting and hardware replacement. Travel outside Chicagoland area is 10%.

Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads through information grabbing, email campaigns and other sources, and triaging to the Sales team. They will also manage and maintain the Sales CRM platform, in addition to reporting and analyzing sales-related metrics.
